Payment Structure
First Payment (Booking Advance)
■10,000 advance is required to confirm and block the event date.
Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment.
Advance amount is strictly non-refundable.
Second Payment
Remaining full package amount must be paid on the wedding day evening.
All edited photos, videos and package deliverables will be shared only after receiving the complete payment.
If the payment is delayed by one day, the output delivery may be delayed by one week.
Delivery Timeline
• Wedding teaser / promo: 4–7 working days.
• Photo & Video delivery: 25–50 working days.
• Photo Google Drive link validity: 1 year.
• Video download link validity: 1–2 months.
• If the client delays selecting photos, delivery may also be delayed.
Important Notes
• We will not share event rush files.
• We will keep event data only for 3–5 months.
• Please download and back up delivered files before link expiry.
• Travel and accommodation charges (if applicable) are extra.
• Pre-intimation is required if you need the full function video (single camera videographer usually gives priority to
highlight video).
• If you have any song suggestions or references, please inform after the wedding day or within two days of that week.
• We will not share your event video rush files or soft copy of clips.
• Album and video design will start only after receiving the photos selected by the client (pendrive / Google Drive etc).
• Major corrections allowed: only 2 times.
• Please verify and cross-check your album design PDF before printing.
• We are not responsible for mistakes in the album after you confirm the design.
• Please keep your data safe and backup to another drive (pendrive may be affected by virus).Photoshoot Time Requirement
Couple portraits and individual portraits require a minimum of 1–1.5 hours dedicated time.
Event Coverage Time & Additional Charges
The package includes coverage only within the agreed event schedule confirmed at the time of booking.
Coverage Hours
• Morning to Evening Events: Up to 6:00 PM
• Evening to Night Events: Up to 10:30 PM
If coverage extends beyond these hours due to delays or schedule changes, additional charges apply.
Additional Coverage Charge: ■2,000 per additional team member, per additional hour.
Examples:
• 1 Team Member × 2 Hours = ■4,000
• 2 Team Members × 1 Hour = ■4,000
• 3 Team Members × 2 Hours = ■12,000
Notes:
• Subject to team availability.
• Inform Jofilms as early as possible if an extension is expected.
• Additional charges must be settled before final delivery.
Electricity / Power Availability
The client is responsible for ensuring sufficient and uninterrupted electricity/power availability at the event venue for
photography, videography, lighting and other required equipment.
Jofilms will not be responsible for loss, delay, missed moments or compromised output caused by power failure,
insufficient power supply, or lack of suitable power points at the venue.
Client Responsibility & Interference
Photography and videography coverage may be affected by the actions or interference of the client, the client’s family
members, guests, venue staff, or other persons present at the event.
During group photographs, stage photographs, couple portraits, or other important moments, guests or family
members may obstruct, interrupt, crowd, or interfere with the Jofilms photography/videography team or the subjects
being photographed.
Such interference may result in obstructed frames, missed moments, reduced photo/video quality, limited shooting
angles, or other compromises in the final output.
Jofilms will not be held responsible for any loss, missed moments, compromised photographs, videos, or other output
issues caused by such interference or circumstances beyond the control of the Jofilms team.
Additional Video / Reel Requirements
Any additional videos, reels, teaser variations, social-media edits, or other video deliverables required by the client
must be communicated to Jofilms before confirming the package / at the time of booking.
If the client informs Jofilms of such requirements before the package is finalized, the required deliverables may be
included in the selected package, subject to mutual confirmation.
If the client requests any additional video, reel, or other editing requirement after the package has been confirmed or
after the event, such deliverables will be treated as additional work and additional charges will apply based on the
requirement, duration, editing complexity, and turnaround time.
Additional deliverables requested after the event are not automatically included in the original package.
Spot Editing / Same-Day DeliveryIf the client requires photographs or videos to be edited and delivered on the same day, during the event or within a
short turnaround time, the client must request and confirm the Spot Editing option before finalizing the package / at the
time of booking.
Spot Editing may include a dedicated editor or editing setup at the event venue to provide selected photographs and/or
videos during the event itself, depending on the agreed requirement.
Spot Editing / Same-Day Delivery is not included in the standard package unless specifically mentioned in the selected
package. Additional charges will apply.
The client must inform Jofilms before booking so that the required editor, equipment and setup can be arranged in
advance.
Photoshoot Space, Location & Client Cooperation
The client is responsible for providing or selecting a suitable location and sufficient space for the photography and
videography team to carry out the required photoshoot and coverage comfortably.
The available space, venue conditions, lighting, surroundings, outfit choices, weather, and other real-time
circumstances may affect the style, variety, composition, and overall look of the final photographs and videos.
Jofilms will make maximum creative use of the actual location, available space, outfits, lighting, surroundings, and
overall situation provided by the client to achieve the best possible output under the given circumstances.
Clients are requested to maintain realistic expectations regarding the final output. The work should not be compared
directly with photographs or videos from other locations, events, clients, outfits, productions, or content displayed on
the Jofilms social media pages, as every shoot is different and depends on its own location, lighting, styling, space,
time, and circumstances.
Jofilms will always make every reasonable effort to deliver the best possible photography and videography coverage
within the client’s actual circumstances and available resources.
The client’s cooperation with the Jofilms team during the shoot is essential to achieve the best possible results. Any
unnecessary restrictions, lack of space, unsuitable locations, insufficient time, interruptions, or lack of cooperation may
affect the final output.
Late Start / Delay Clause
If the event starts late, coverage time may be reduced accordingly.
Guest Interference Clause
Guests interfering with photography may affect the final output.
Raw Files Policy
Raw photos or unedited video clips will not be shared.
Unedited Files Delivery Policy
• Unedited JPEG photos can be shared via Google Drive or Pen Drive.
• RAW photo files can be provided only through the client’s external hard disk.
• Unedited video files may be shared via Google Drive or Pen Drive depending on file size.
• Original camera footage (RAW video files) will be copied only to the client’s external hard disk.
• Additional charges, if applicable, will be informed in advance.
Creative Editing Rights
Editing style, colour grading, photo selection and video presentation are part of the creative process of Jofilms.

Force Majeure
Jofilms will not be responsible for delays due to situations beyond control.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Kerala.
